How long does it take before my order is shipped?

We ship out all items within one (1) or two (2) business days after the order has been placed. Custom and bulk orders may take longer depending on availability and lead times. Please contact us if you require custom or bulk orders.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

5-7 Business days within Canada and U.S.A. For orders from all other countries, delivery time will depend on your location. This information is available at checkout.

Do you offer custom products?

Do you offer products in bulk quantities?

Please contact us if you would like to place a bulk order. This is to ensure timely delivery of the products and to give you a good idea on the lead time of the items based on the quantity. We also offer discount pricing for bulk orders.

What are the customer service hours of operation?

Our customer service representatives are available from Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST (Ontario, Canada). However, as much as we may not be able to answer your calls on weekends and statutory holidays, please feel free to send us an e-mail and we will try our best to address your concerns. You can place orders online seven (7) days a week including statutory holidays.

What is the warranty/return policy on my purchase?

We offer our valued clients a 30 day return or exchange policy on all regular priced items as long as all labels and tags are intact and there is no damage or alteration to the product including, but not limited to alteration in hide color, application of dyes, foul smell or altered texture. Buyer will have to carry the cost of shipping product(s) both ways unless specified otherwise. Buyer is responsible for duties payable, taxes and customs clearance in accordance with the laws and regulations in the buyer's respective country. 8.1.2 wholesale and retail prices are subject to change without notice. All custom orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be provided on custom orders. All bulk orders more than 10 units are solely subject to exchange or store credit; no refunds will be provided on bulk orders exceeding 10 units. 35% of the total gross amount on all bulk orders is non-refundable in the event of an order cancellation.
